Job Discription :
- Primary objective is to supervise and manage Phone collections team, deliver continuous results, drive improvement through initiatives, identify gaps and fix them.
- Management of overall business operations and coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Continuous monitoring of key collection metrics, highlight key risks and provide input for mitigation plan.
- Actively monitor bucket efficiencies and come up with recommendations to improve basis specific collection strategies.
- Ensuring effective manpower alignment to drive bucket efficiencies
- Mentoring and coaching of TL's & AM- s
- Target setting and ensuring daily, weekly and monthly targets are achieved
- Daily, weekly Review to keep a track of team performance against the target
- Manpower planning as per the forecasted volume
- Designing calling strategy and dialer management
- Liaising with support functions to improve team performance
- To drive high productivity with efficiency
- Must be able to formulate and effectively execute collection strategy.
- Needs to control absenteeism and attrition in the portfolio
- To assist/drive key projects within the company
Need to have :
- Tele collections experience is must
- Must have handled TLs/AM's with minimum span of 500 FTEs
- Must be able to drive the Team for higher productivity with Efficiency and Change as per business and requirements.
- Should be well versed with MS Office applications
- Must be well organized at work to manage large volumes and plan ahead
- Must have excellent Interpersonal skills to operate in a multi-cultural environment
- Should be self driven to drive results
