Key Responsibilities :
This role is primarily responsible for managing Regional HR activities like Recruitment, effective implementation of HR initiatives for all employees in order to improve performance and productivity as well as build commitment to the organization.
- Managing employee lifecycle HR processes on the regional level.
- Dealing with the escalations and solving them.
- Partnering with people managers on the regional level to capture and address the needs of the various stakeholders.
- Establishing personal rapport and trust with internal and external customers and partners through regular communication, delivering on all promises and open communication.
- Monitoring the Manpower budgets, ensure optimizing the recruitment costs in line with predefined budgets.
- Focus on reducing the attrition in the region, analyzing root-causes and proposing and implementing the programs.
- Implementing the follow-up actions on engagement survey results, ensuring the desired culture and environment is developed on the regional level.
- Managing implementation of HR projects on regional level.
- Bringing the proposals to COEs for improvements in HR policies and processes, cooperating closely with HRBP leads.
- Recruiting, coaching and developing the team of city HR representatives.
- To ensure continuous flow of competent talent within region, managing end to end HR activities from Sourcing to Exit.
- Ensuring robust multiple sourcing channels for recruiting at various levels and Screening the best talent from the available pool to ensure presence of quality workforce.
- Partnering with Business to capture the needs of various stakeholders in order to deliver on time and meet manpower plan in synchronization with business growth projections.
- Ensure closure of offers, salary negotiations of the candidates selected.
- Adherence to the Turn Around Time [TAT] for getting the candidates onboard
- Monitor the Manpower budgets, ensure optimizing the recruitment costs in line with predefined budgets.
- Plan and execute the Learning and Development agenda based on business requirement along with City HRs.
- Handle end to end HR activities for the assigned Regions including statutory compliance, FNF, PIPS, Attrition etc in their respective regions.
- Managing and supervising the separation process and Address HR queries or concerns of employees in city/regions.
- Execution of all audit processes at Regional Level.
- Establish personal rapport and trust with internal and external customers through regular communication, delivering on all promises and open communication.
Desired Experience :
- Minimum 6 Years Proven track record as a Regional HR / HR Manager preferably from NBFC / BFSI/Retail background.
- Ability to lead and guide a team to help achieve business objectives
- Experience in Recruitment, employee engagement, Training and Development, Business Partner, Compliance and Employee Relation.
