Sr. Manager-PPM (Projects & Process Management)

Objective:

The role requires to lead a dedicated team of professionals responsible for projects and process management activities. Should have knowledge or certified in process reviews or audits. Will be responsible to liaise with departments in Ops or outside and call them in common forums for ideation and discussions. Deliberate focused workouts for problem solving and resolving design or process gaps. New idea generation for process improvements and risk mitigation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Process Reviews:

- Review at least 1 critical and 2 non critical processes in Ops every quarter

- Do an end to end study of processes & Identify design gaps and process adherences

- Check completeness and correctness of process documentation, process maps and training materials/scripts

- Publish review report with details observations and recommendations with support of evidences and data for process improvements and risk mitigation

- Liaise with departments Heads/SPOCs to disseminate complete report and agree on next steps and actionable

- Present report review to COO

- Projects:

- Open new projects in ICM or IPSC

- Drive projects and give valuable inputs

- Support and guide project members for successful implementation of objectives and ensure team members are trained and given directions on their project deliverables

- Internal Change Management:

Conduct weekly ICM forum and gather relevant topics for discussion. Ideate on every problem areas and new ideas for opening new activities or projects. Ensure tasks are well documented on Hub and circulated to all parties in Operations to take follow ups for closure of tasks and actionable.

- Internal Project Steering Committee

Conduct fortnightly IPSC forum and ensure participation from stakeholders. Publish agenda well in advance for all new projects as well as running projects and pre-prepared for presentation in the forum.

- Operations Communications

Gather information from departments in Ops for monthly publications. Follow the guidelines for preparing the newsletter. Invite participation from Ops and conduct monthly or fortnightly meetings to gather ideas for publication, ensure publishing of newsletter every month on or before of 10th

Desired Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in projects and process management

- Should have done process reviews or audits

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

- It will be good if candidate possesses six sigma certification or any certification in process management
