Summary :

A Senior Expert Analytics & Reporting will be responsible for analytics & reporting for CRM Function.

Job Responsibilities :

- Use customer data to support better design and execution of CRM strategies and Digital Strategies

- Identify key growth indicators and metrics, develop key metrics, enhance reporting and formulate areas of analytic focus to better capture and manage the business performance

- Support the development of reporting CRM infrastructure

- Work with cross-functional analysts, e.g. Finance, Risk to deliver consolidated results

- Communicating business trends using reports and optimizing reports from time and business requirement focus

Desired Profile :

- 4+ years of direct experience in Digital Analytics Role

- Excellent reporting skills including: the ability to clearly formulate visual view, communicate results clearly, and understand cause & effect relationships

- Previous experience in financial services sector

IT Skills :

- Must Have : SQL, Advanced Excel, Google Analytics, Omniture

- Good to Have: R, Python
