Job description:

Creation/Maintenance of Organisational Structure on SAP. Incumbent will be discharging the roles of an end-user for OM module / OM Administrator for SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creation and Maintenance of Organizational Units, Position Codes, Cost Center Codes etc. and their relationship on SAP.

- Ensure timely incorporation organizational changes (reporting changes, promotion, transfer etc.) on SAP.

- Analyze Organizational hierarchy on SAP and maintain its accuracy through interaction with peers, HR-Business partners and team-members.

- Good Knowledge of HR Operations - Employee Life cycle.

Desired Profile:

- Minimum 2 Years of experience handling SAP-HCM as an end-user.

- Better command in Excel
