- Strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the region.
- Responsible for developing & driving sales plan for the region.
- Drive and Implement Sales strategy in compliance with organizations goals.
- Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the region.
- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.
- Explore and identify new sourcing areas, to increase penetration in region.
- Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action.
- Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teams / HQ.
- Responsible for the quality / risk of business acquired/portfolio within region.
- Initiate process improvement measures to ensure better productivity and superior customer experience.
- Measure productivity and implement training measures to bridge the gap between the actual achievement and the KRAs defined by the management.
