Objective (Purpose of the Job)

The position holder will be a part of organization's finance team and will be responsible to perform business analysis, liquidity management, investments' analysis, prepare analytical data for financial institutions, ensure bank compliances, ensure debt servicing, fulfill reporting requirements, manage liquidity, ALM, prepare investor presentations, and support front office in deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Liquidity management & cash flow analysis:

- Monitor and manage the organization's daily cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs (LCR management)

- Investments of ideal funds (to ensure maximum interest income)

- Identifying funding requirements (Keeping track of Loan maturities, roll over and fresh requirements)

- Debt servicing (ensuring timely interest and principal payments)

- Maintaining Borrowing Dashboard

Compliance and reporting:

- Periodic reporting to existing lenders/ investors

- RBI reporting

- Asset Liability management - Preparation of ALCO deck and managing the ALCO committee.

- Month end reporting and MIS

Investor Management and data support to funding team:

- Preparation of Information required by Banks and Rating Agencies for prospective/existing lenders.

- Handling queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, Statutory & internal Auditors, Regulator

- Calculating monthly COF and deal IRR

- Preparation of Management Presentations/ Investor presentations, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders

- Support to Controllership & FP&A for Month-end closing, Audit & Budgeting/ Forecasting respectively

Desired Skills:

1. CA/ MBA (Finance) with 2-6 years of relevant experience

2. Very good knowledge of excel/ presentation skills. Understanding of financial statements & analysis

3. BFSI background is must, preferably from NBFC

4. Understanding on Investor Relationship and query resolution for front office team.
