Manager- Talent Acquisition (IT Hiring)
Location : Bangalore
Summary of the job :
This job will exclusively focus on managing IT / Technical requirements for HCIN. Will be responsible for stakeholder management and IT campus hiring as well.
Job Responsibilities
- Ownership of IT/Technical Hiring
- Plan & execute the stakeholder deliverables.
- Own the line managers requirements and delight the stakeholder with quality & timely delivery.
- Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.
- Responsible for managing the line manager & their expectations.
- Responsible for ' sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per requirements from various channels, mainly through portals, references and social networking.
- It is an Individual Contributor role
- Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment
Desired profile
- Overall 5-8 years of prior work experience.
- Experience in independent stakeholder management is a must.
- Involved in end to end recruitment cycle in IT/Technical Sector
- Professional working in IT Company will also be considered.
- Had managed line managers independently.
- Must have good understanding of technology.
- Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.
- Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
- Communicator with a strong understanding of the business world and has passion for recruitment
