Summary: Develop and implement of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services, develop and oversee all the company employment branding strategy and translate into expanding company- s media presence and implement in internal touch points. Key Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services - Strong participation on building of communication strategy, DNA of brand at strategy level with ability to translate to day-to-day execution - implementation of the customer communication campaigns by leading ATL/BTL/media/content agencies and partners - Close cooperation with HR team to develop and oversee all the company employment branding strategy, leading development and establish new company- s EVP, responsibility for expanding company- s online presence, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to company touch points, identifying new recruitment through digital - Set, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of our integrated communication strategies driving improvements at every opportunity whilst working closely with a range of stakeholders - Manage brand allocated budgets within agreed guidelines, managing activities in time and expected quality - Work in conjunction with the Sales to analyze sales and marketing activities to drive value adding insight that forms the foundation of our strategic decisions for Home Credit - Closely monitor industry and competitor activity in communication and product development, to ensure our strategic vision is in line with market demands in a constantly changing, competitive environment that we work in Desired Skils: - MBA (in relevant Marketing discipline preferred) - 5+ years of related marketing experience in FMCG/telco/finance company covering large local or global brand brands&nbsp; - Proven working experience as senior brand manager or senior marketing communication manager - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Strong experience in marketing communication and implementation of communication strategies (development of brand DNA, communication development, sponsorships, influencers, various communication channels, media strategy, digital) - Demonstrate strong presentation skills, targeting a wide audience from customers to internal stakeholders - Experience in Employer brand management at conceptual or executional level is preferred Who should join? - If you are willing to face new challenges and want to apply your data knowledge for growth / future of company, then Home Credit can give you this opportunity. - Home Credit can provide you platform to show your skills &amp; suggest valuable ideas to company.
