Home Credit - Manager - Internal Communication

Role Summary:

The Communications team at Home Credit's Gurgaon headquarter is looking for someone that produces innovative and effective communication for the company's biggest stakeholders, its employees. The hire will work with internal partners across functions (HR, Customer Experience, Corporate Office, Operations, Sales etc.) and geographies, to create a holistic and consistent messaging plan for the organization.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and manage an internal communications based on overall brand messaging strategy

- Creative writing for company-wide strategic platforms such as newsletters, intranet, global newsletters, presentations etc.

- Working in close coordination with the Employee Engagement team from HR to create innovative ways to communicate that inform, engage, and motivate employees

- Create and drive programs to consistently and effectively communicate key messages such as company vision, values, mission and branding initiatives internally

- Facilitate employee interaction events and drive participation and involvement

- Drive usage of company intranet and - own- the content shared via platform

- Drafting content and guiding creative teams on visual representation of a communication concept, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines

The person we- re looking for should have:

- 2 to 4 years- experience in Internal/ Marketing Communications/ Event management role

- Post-graduation in Communication or English, MBA preferred

- Business-fluent English and comfort with Hindi

- The ability to understand a business requirement and translate it into a clear and articulate creative brief

- Ability to create and execute detailed communication plans with last-mile attention to detail
