Summary : - The purpose of the job is to develop and manage internal communications based on overall brand messaging strategy Job Responsibility : - Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts to develop interactive designs for campaigns briefed by the Planner - Conceptualise, visualise and design campaigns devised by the Employee Communications Planner - Using innovation to redefine a design brief within defined time - Create and maintain company image bank - Design multiple formats for print and digital design requirements that will include collaterals (brochure, leaflet, mailers, banners, advertisements, annual reports, logos, presentations, intranet elements, articles and spaces, website and related digital graphics, banners, ads, etc. - Design compelling creative assets for both Physical execution and for Digital space (Phygital) - Advise/create layouts/designs utilising new formats for greater interaction. - Determine the message the design should portray - Manage the internal video-production unit. - Conceptualize, plan and produce audio video content aligned with the employee communication campaigns to bring greater interactivity and recall for the messages - Manage Post-Production of the videos (Editing, video and sound mixing) - Ensure consistency and relevancy of production; monitors technical quality of end product. - Develop at-least 3-4 videos every month to engage employees - Work with functions in creating video content suiting their messages - Capturing and Creating AVs of the company events like open forums, festivals and other engagements - Oversees the security, operation and maintenance of equipment utilized in shooting and editing. - Develop easy-to-use templates and provide recommendations on usage to enhance efficiencies for other functions - Ability to write catchy headlines/campaign themes - Design communication on the go like podcats, byte videos for whats app etc - Present the design to the stakeholder Desired Profile : - Bachelors/Masters in Film and Video production - Skilled to work on the video editing softwares - Skilled to work on Coral draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adope Pro etc - Ability to visualize the written word and express it in pictures and sound - Knowledge of field production techniques and standards. - Skill in visualizing and shooting concepts effectively. - Skilled to handle of handling the still and video camera - A good sense of timing and visual awareness. - Hands-on experience of working on the video editing softwares/suites - Hands-on knowledge of work on Coral draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adope Pro etc - 10+ years of experience in Video production and creative designing - Experience of working in Marketing Communications/ Event management role Who should join? - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Innovative thinking - Good interpersonal skills and a good team player - A quick learner - A strong visualiser - A good sense of timing and visual awareness. - Strong time and project management skills - A high level of attention to detail. - Receptive to feedback
