Home Credit - Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility

- Co-creates CSR strategy and ensures its budgeting, implmentation and monitoring

- Consolidate CSR activities being undertaken currently and align with the HCIN CSR strategy and business goals

- Conduct research, come up with ideas in line with CSR strategy and business goals

- Create a detailed implementation plan with clear business impact of the activities.

- Build relations with CSR partners and external stakeholder relevant for HCIN's CSR reputation

- Create a list of ksy CSR events in teh country and world.

- Reports and keeps records of all CSR Activities

- Responsible for raising awareness of HCIN commitment to CSR and work with different teams in building awareness about those.

- Supports GR and PR in their agenda through proper mix of CSR activities

- Coordinate with PR and GR - Actively work with PR on media coverage on financial literacy-, financial inclusion- and other importance that HCIN attaches to those aspects.

- Cooperates with CSR function at HQ level, actively use Group experience, reuse the good initiatives from other HC countries
