Home Credit - Manager - Corporate Communication

Objective

To support PR function in implementation of PR plan, Day to Day execution of activities and external communications/media relations. Undertake responsibilities aligning with overall broader objectives of the company. Another important focus of the profile will be to develop content focused towards getting maximum coverage across print, electronic and online media. The third important dimension of the profile is internal stakeholder management that includes collaborating and working with cross functional teams to prepare targeted PR activities for various department(s).

Key Responsibilities

It is an Execution role, Responsibilities are:

1. Implement the Planned activities as per the agreed timelines.

2. Develop content focused towards getting maximum coverage across print, electronic and online media.

3. Focus on the online media for communication and brand visbility

4. Collaborating and working with cross functional teams to implement the approved PR activities

5. Create and Update PR collaterals for multiple stakeholders e.g., media packets, news releases, op-eds, brochures, Q&A's, presentations, briefing notes, online and social media content, speeches.

- Maintaining cordial and ensuring long-term relationships with media

- Identifying and evangelising key influencers from social/digital media as well as bloggers in BFSI/NBFC segments

- Coordinate scheduling and briefings for communications activities and press events across various cities where HCIN has presence involving external and/or internal audiences.

- Work closely with project teams to identify and mitigate reputational risks, and enhance stakeholder engagement efforts

- Tracking and monitoring of news and views articles on HCIN on a daily basis through news tracker and other online/social media

- Managing the media/press section on the website and ensuring timely updating of news articles about HCIN on the same

- Working closely with the PR agency in meeting the PR objectives of HCIN Working closely with the BD team and support the business Support VP PR in execution of PR related activities
