Home Credit - Manager - Business Analyst

Preference will be given to the candidates holding experience in API Integration applications, Payment Gateway integrations, Wallet integrations, Recharge Applications, B2C Applications - Ecom apps, Travel apps, etc

Summary: Perfect candidate should be able to take up high level business idea, do research, provide evaluation and suggest possible implementation. In same time breaching gap between business and IT by understanding both sides and be able to translate pure business idea to business requirements for IT.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand IT Scope of each area of operation Re-charge business/Loyalty /E Wallet /Payments and Telecom.

- Translate the business requirements in IT requirements from External environment.

- Formulate the same and translate to the internal IT dept.

- Coordinate with External and Internal IT Team for smooth business transactions

- Create and Manage IT Tickets and resolution of the same with Internal IT

- Build up business case for each activity

- Research of existing solutions and market practice

Desired Skills:

- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; project management skills

- Exceptional oral and written communication

- Strong analytic skills (planning, operational)

- Extensive MS Office software skills; PC proficiency

- Good Business acumen with Finance Understanding: Combines strategic & financial analysis to identify business opportunities. Develops plans to enable to complete long-term objectives

Desired Experience & Expertise:

- More than 3 years professional experience

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate into IT

- Demonstrated ability to worked in business IT

- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Proven IT experience, consistently meeting deadlines

- Team-oriented and inspirational leader

- Bachelor's degree;

- Master's degree in IT or a similar field preferred
