Objective:
The incumbent will analyze HR related data and reports to advise changes in existing practices for better capturing and managing the business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the HR team to interpret data and provide various trend analysis
- Responsible for development, support, maintenance, and implementation of small & medium projects and change activities
- Analyzing and evaluating data, reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements
- Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Power BI report solutions.
- Assisting the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practice within the company
- Translating stakeholders' requirements into reporting deliverables.
- Delivering ad hoc reports
- Reviewing reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report.
- Preparing HR Dashboard on Power BI and achieve KPI of Data driven HR
Need to Have Areas:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Engineering
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to analyze & interpret large & complex data set
- Able to think "out-of-the-box"
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in statistical modelling, Power BI and SQL
- Able to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
