Summary:
A Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for revenue generation through Digital platform by planning and implementation of Mobile Application Campaigns at PAN India level for Online Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of the digital channels through activation and usage campaigns
- Define, implement and continuously improve cross sell processes in digital channels
- Drive sales through effective cross-sell campaigns
- Monitor effectiveness of digital processes
- Deliver the Digital Sales strategy, ensuring targets and KPIs are met
- Revenue Management & Customer Life-cycle Management on Digital Channel
- Go-to-market Planning & Execution
- Work with the Analytics and Process teams to optimize the use of digital channels for sales
- Prepare business requirements for implementation team
- Experience analyzing and evaluating information, identifying gaps, problem solving and using data to make recommendations and inform decision making
- A strong commercial and customer focus, and an understanding of the user experience and digital channels
Desired Profile:
- Masters Degree required
- 5+ years of digital operations/planning/execution experience
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools & digital advertising processes (knowledge of ad serving technologies and all components of ad campaigns - including ad units, banner delivery, rich media, and custom development)
