Summary
The Training & Quality Asst. the manager is primarily responsible for driving performance to provide high-quality customer results on the location, in accordance with business priorities and targets. You will achieve results through people and process training, focusing on quality, behavior, and accountability which will form the backbone of our training and coaching strategy. This role is at the heart of creating an environment for six sigma tools and effective training strategies. The role within the security Team offers an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and stimulating environment, providing excellent service and contributing to organizational goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities :
- Deliver in-house-designed or customized training programs using creative training methods
- Own the development & Succession plan of the regional training team
- Design, customize training programs to meet and exceed the needs of the business units
- Conduct TNA and TNI to track the performance of learners on the field.
- Own and drive Employee orientation as part of on boarding.
- Travel to various locations for training delivery & review.
- Organize and monitor operations and systems training, and internalize product training.
- Driving quality tools like lean six sigma
- Drive new learning initiatives and centralized programs for business as a whole.
- Work with content development team & design training curriculum on process specific business requirements
- Support the HQ team in the content development and other initiatives.
- Best practice sharing and calibration with other teams.
Desired Profile :
- Graduate in any stream/Post Graduation is added advantage
- 4-6 years of experience in consumer finance / insurance / finance
- Previous Risk & Fraud training experience would be given preference
- Conceptual clarity of Training as a function is a must
- Ability to reach out & Train employees at all levels.
