- Prepare monthly working plan for SA, review weekly, monthly plan for DSM
- Setting target monthly for himself

- Visit POS and DSM daily
- Follow up daily report from DMS system
- Control borrow MRC over POS/SA
- Check SA's and DSMs working time, performance, sales skill, leadership skill
- Coach SA, DSM
- Train, Coach RA (ALDI CD) and or supervise DSM in doing it
- Import day-off for all SA, DSM & collectors (timesheet)
- Report MIS Report Top report
- Confirm the delivery of POSM, MKT materials, pre-printed forms to POS/SA
- Receive & consolidate SMS from SA to report RSM
- Daily call to SA
- Monthly meeting with SA
- Find candidate/interview for new headcount recruitment
- Check & reply email
- Do the market research, report
- Open new POS
- Review the result of CLX result daily
- Update & analyze data in MIS
- Monitor, verify and consolidate the request of POSM from DSM
- Go to e-learning, learn and do required tests
