Summary
The position holder is responsible to develop and manage a team of Sales Associates to achieve daily, weekly and Monthly Target, to maintain and manage the profitability and risk of Sales Network and maintain good and healthy relationship with retailers and to develop their Assigned area with new Point of Sale (POS) Opening.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop plan to achieve monthly target with Area Sales Manager and set daily / weekly /monthly targets for his team
- Develop and maintain profitable relationship with Retailers (Consumer Durable and Two-Wheeler) and store staff; ensure that values and instructions of Company are not misrepresented or misunderstood
- Regularly (daily/weekly/monthly) review targets with team and drive them towards consistent achievement through constructive feedback
- Open new POS and achieve POS opening targets
- Ensure no mis-selling /mis-commitment occurs at any POS.
- Develop tactical marketing plans and effectively utilize marketing material for lead generation and customer conversion
Desired Profile
- Graduate/PostGraduate with minimum 5 years of sales management experience
- Supervisory skills: ability to coach, mentor and inspire
- Should be well-versed with Local language and good Command in English
- Computer literacy: internet, email, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Presentation: Confidence with verbal presentation, medium to advanced selling capabilities
- Willing to travel and work long hours
- Result orientation: ability to set and review targets
- Market knowledge: overall knowledge of market and competitors
- Relationship building skills: ability to develop and manage relationships with dealers
Salary offered - upto 10.5 LPA
