Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with DSM(district sales manager)/RSM/Sales Manager
- Set target monthly/weekly for SA, DSM, SDSM(Sr district sales manger)
- Prepare monthly working plan for SA, review weekly, monthly plan for DSM, SDSM
- Setting target monthly for himself
- Prepare weekly working plan for himself
- Visit POS(point of sales) and DSM daily
- Follow up daily report from DMS system
- Control borrow MRC over POS/SA
- Check SA's and DSM's working time, performance, sales skill, leadership skill
- Coach SA, DSM
- Train, Coach SA (ALDI CD) and or supervise DSM in doing it
- Import day-off for all SA, DSM & collectors (timesheet)
- Report MIS Report Top report
- Confirm the delivery of POSM, MKT materials, pre-printed forms to POS/SA
- Receive & consolidate SMS from SA to report RSM
- Daily call to DSM, SDSM
- Monthly meeting with SA
- Find candidate/interview for new headcount recruitment
- Check & reply email
- Do the market research, report
- Open new POS
- Review the result of CLX result daily
- Update & analyze data in MIS
- Monitor, verify and consolidate the request of POSM from DSM
- Go to e-learning, learn and do required tests
Objective:
- Maximally utilize the potential of the area of responsibility (achieve targets, grow sales)
- Reduce and manage the risk in the area of responsibility
- Manage good relationship with dealers and solve their enquiries
- Efficiently lead the team of SA and manages their performance, knowledge and skills
- Hire new SA, manages the headcount
- Coordinate collections in area of responsibility
