Holisol Logistics - Manager - Fulfillment - Operations/Warehouse

- The candidate should be well versed with warehousing operations. He should have good leadership qualities and should be able to motivate his team.

- He should be willing to work long hours and should go an extra mile to fulfill customer requirements.

His main job role would be:

- To fulfill SLA's (service level agreement) which have been agreed with the customer.

- To manage inventory accuracy of 99.5% by putting in proper processes like daily cycle counting, quarterly wall to wall counting etc.

- To share MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

- Will be responsible for all the infra deployed within the warehouse.

- Need to ensure that the warehouse is fully compliant in health, safety and legal requirements.

- Should be proficient in excel.
