Job Role:
The Manager - Performance Marketing is responsible for data-driven decision making, performance marketing, and our digital marketing efforts. Based in Mumbai, reporting will be to the VP - Marketing and Branding.
Job Responsibility:
- To examine our existing growth channels and explore new channels- online and offline, free and paid.
- To collaborate, conceptualize and implement high impact marketing campaigns to generate demand and qualified leads.
- To create new programs, techniques approach to drive leads and growth.
- To grow our customer base by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
- To manage web/mobile analytics and be the company expert on visitor behavior.
- To implement & optimize SEO, SEM, social, retargeting programs & the marketing funnel.
- To set-up, QA, and run A/B tests across all of the company's marketing activities.
- To track user metrics to inform decision making.
Essential Skills Required:
Knowledge and hands on experience of the following is a must:
- SEO/SEM
- Email Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- A/B Testing
- Google Analytics
- Attention to detail.
- Must have a knack for technical work and be comfortable with basic code injection.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Desired Educational Qualification and Experience:
- MBA - Marketing from tier 1 or tier 2 college with a minimum of 60%.
- 3 - 5 years work experience in driving the digital marketing and performance marketing in the web driven business model, e commerce, Transaction based B 2 C business model.
