Key Responsibilities :
- To work closely with various teams, business heads & stakeholders to identify, define and track key business metrics for business processes.
- To analyse the tracked business metrics and provide considerable insights to key stakeholders
- Analyse business data & customer data from multiple channels to uncover and recommend improvements to the Customer Experience
- Work on large datasets to conduct business analysis, identify key drivers and translate data into actionable insights
- Drive business process improvements consistently
- Work on Financials and do business projections
- Identify bottlenecks across various departments and help achieve relevant business metrics
- Create dashboards to view data across various teams
- Regular presentations of key insights to stakeholders
Requisites/ Qualification :
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analyst domain
- Experience working with large qualitative & quantitative data sets for analysis purposes
- Strong/expert proficiency in Microsoft Office & G Suite with excellence in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Word, Excel & Google Sheets
- Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts, analysing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units
- Experience in large data analysis, data driven consulting, BI and analytics, reporting, dash-boarding, visualisation tools like Power Bi, Tableau is a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently plan and execute deliverables
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
- Ability to collaborate with teams
