The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Social Media Enthusiast to join our team.

The ideal candidate will drive engagement and initiatives across various communities and platforms, helping to amplify our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative campaigns to enhance our social media presence.

- Conceptualize the social content calendar.

- Curate engaging content.

- Plan and execute promotions and contests.

- Manage social media handles, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate campaign-specific content such as social graphics, animated GIFs, and short-form videos.

- Monitor campaign performance, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness to maximize results.

- Optimize brand visibility, reinforce brand positioning, and drive meaningful engagement on social media by consistently maintaining Hoichoi's social presence.

- Conduct research to gain deeper insights into online conversations related to the Bengali media and entertainment industry, staying ahead of trends and opportunities.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

- Relevant experience in social media, preferably from a digital media agency, e-commerce, or media & entertainment background.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills and creative thinking abilities.

- Proficiency in Bengali
