We are looking HOD Retail Technology those can management of IT projects in the preview of Retail, Supply Chain, Customer 360 and backend integration with focus on efficiency, optimization and automation. The role is requires planning & utilizing internal and external team with the necessary skills, within agreed parameters of timelines, quality and budgets

Essential Duties & Responsibility:

Project, Portfolio, Programme & Support

- Gather, define, document, scope and priorities business requirements with functional/business champions.

- Create business case or challenge requestor with overall assessment of reason of change, impacts analysis, risk and overall benefits in line with change management policy.

- Follows agreed scope, standards, timelines with daily Scrum calls with teams and weekly/Monthly MIS circulation.

- Responsible for the overall support services for all projects, modules and backend applications.

- Manage project tracker/Incident management tools and technique for greater efficiency and transparency.

- Should be able to present project status dashboards, timelines documents for review meetings with management.

- Execute and Manage the project lifecycle, UAT, GO live and post project Implementation support.

Operations:

- Monitor, govern and support the entire backend application for any operational challenges, issues, fixes with SLA adherence with team and third party

- Explore new digital tools to enhance backend system and empower staff with latest technology tools and trends.

Technical Skills:

- Should have working experience in Point of Sales, CRM & Loyalty, CRM, OMS, Endless Aisle, In-Store Traffic, Digital signage, Business Intelligence, Incident & Workflow management

- Understanding of Web services, API's, Payment Gateways, SMS, WhatsApp Integration methodologies, and auto reconciliation across various ecosystems.

- Familiarity of Cloud concepts and hybrid platforms.

- Understanding of Omni channel Shopping, Locality, fulfillments from store environments.

People Management:

- Provides basic guidance to team members, follow review meeting ad track every individual performance.

- Groom team members for appropriate leadership skills through motivation and support and arrange training, workshop through third parties and support partners.

- Continuously monitors and evaluates team workload and organizational efficiency with the support of IT systems, data and analysis and team feedback and makes appropriate changes to meet business needs.

- Provides team members with clear direction and targets that are aligned with business KPI's and timelines.

Education & Experience :

- Four ear college or university degree in the field of computer science, or related area of information technology.

- Proficient spoken and written command of English

- At least 8-years' experience in Retail industry with Omni channel skills.
