Designation: Head Digital Marketing
Team Leadershipv:
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of 7-8 Performance Marketing specialists, driving the achievement of key performance marketing KPIs to deliver organizations's business metrics.
Digital Ecosystem Masteryv:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the digital ecosystem, including hands-on experience with Paid Social, Display, Video, UAC, PPC / Paid Search, Programmatic buying, Google Analytics, and dashboarding.
- Execute comprehensive plans across the entire marketing funnel to deliver Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth.
- Drive cost-efficient campaigns at the top of the funnel, engage and nurture prospects in the middle, and optimize conversion campaigns at the bottom.
Mobile App Marketing Expertise :
- Exhibit expertise in mobile app marketing, focusing on growing installs, customer acquisitions and optimising CAC
- Grow Monthly Active Users (MAU), Daily Active Users (DAU), increasing traffic, and boosting conversion rates in line with business requirements.
End-to-End Campaign Management :
- Take ownership of end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting, and optimization of campaigns across channels.
- Set goals to increase platform visits, attract new users, scale visits across categories, and deliver GMV on the platform.
- Expertise in using various tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, Clevertap, AppAnnieetc for analysis.
Planning and Operations :
- Assume responsibility for the entire performance marketing for organization's family of businesses across fashion, lifestyle and Beauty
- Develop plans at the channel and sub-category levels, collaborating with channel managers and partners to help teams deliver on business KPIs. Identify opportunities for growth in traffic and GMV.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute traffic scaling for flagship events and sale days.
- Plan, analyze, and optimize budget versus actual performance across all channels and platforms (App & Web).
Benchmarking and Innovation :
- Benchmark metrics and creatives against competitors, integrating insights into channels.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all MarTech process feed-related requirements and creative needs.
- Lead special initiatives like brand launches and new channel experiments, establishing processes and conducting performance analysis to determine scalability.
Key Requirements :
- Possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bring over 12-15 years of experience in leading digital/performance marketing teams for e-commerce platforms.
- Show case expertise in formulating effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
- Demonstrate proficiency in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Utilize exceptional analytical skills to derive actionable insights and recommendations from data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends.
- Exhibit strong goal-oriented and communication skills.
- Embody open-mindedness, curiosity, and a knack for problem-solving.
