HOD/Academic Head - Computer/IT - College

Purpose: For one of the Leading Management and Technical Institute, providing technical and management courses, a profile for leading Computer / IT Department, who can Inspire, guide and lead members of the department through effective motivational management and approaches to meet the highest possible level of productivity and professionalism. Plan, direct, coordinate and organize the departmental efforts and exhibit strong academic and administrative leadership. Profile will also be responsible for ongoing development of both the staff and the department with efficient allocation and utilization of resources.

Responsibilities:

PhD in Computers / IT with minimum of 5 years teaching /industry experience or a Master degree with 10 years teaching /industry experience, interested for an opportunity in Middle East countries, having experience and responsible for :

Strategic Planning

Vision or Path for Organisation.

Effective Implementation Plan.

Managerial or administrative work, preferably in a University or teaching Institutes.

Experience in Research, Community outreach and industrial relations.

Ability to lead in Team.

Excellent Teaching Experience.

Interpersonal and Communication skills.

Team building and leadership skills.

Technical Skills.

Profiles having experience in Management Institutes or Professional Colleges to apply

Educational Qualification:

PhD in the relevant area of discipline with minimum of 5 years teaching /industry experience or a Master degree with 10 years teaching /industry experience
