HR Manager/ Senior Manager:
1. Experience in recruitment in consumer brands is a must.
2. Manage hiring process from posting job descriptions to getting new employees on-boarded
3. Work with management to incorporate healthy organizational culture
4. Responsible for payroll, HR audits, and other statutory/legal compliances
5. Manage off-boarding/exit formalities - paperwork & interviews
6. Formulate & ensure all company policies & procedures are up to date and disseminated to all employees
7. Responsible for creating an Employer brand and portraying positive impressions on social media to attract the best talent.
8. Managing Campus Engagements and travel if need be, to evaluate and onboard talent.
