- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned banks in the region for growth in business.

- Ensure Effective and Smooth Relationship with Assigned Banks in the Region for Growth in Business: This involves fostering strong relationships with banks in the designated region to drive business growth.
- The emphasis is on maintaining open communication channels, understanding the needs and objectives of the banks, and collaborating effectively to achieve mutual business objectives. Responsible for Prospecting, Selling & Managing RMs / Salespeople in Banks in the Region, Who are also into Mutual Funds: The role entails identifying and engaging with Relationship Managers (RMs) or sales personnel within banks who deal with mutual funds. This includes prospecting for new talent, selling them on the benefits of partnership, and managing existing relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Influence Decision Making at Senior Levels to Get Mind Share from the Banks: This involves leveraging relationships and industry expertise to influence decision-makers within the banks. The aim is to secure support and commitment from senior executives, thereby gaining mindshare and positioning the organization as a valuable partner.
- Developing Business Through Consultative Engagement with Branch Managers / Senior RMs / Regional Heads etc.: The focus here is on consultative selling and relationship building with key stakeholders within the banks, including Branch Managers, Senior Relationship Managers (RMs), and Regional Heads. This involves understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing ongoing support to drive business growth.
- Mapping the Opportunity for Primary Selling, Relationship Managing & Cross Selling a Range of MF (Investment) Products: This involves analyzing the market and identifying opportunities for selling and cross-selling a range of mutual fund products.
- It includes understanding customer needs, mapping product offerings to those needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition to drive sales and build long-term relationships. Overall, this job entails building and managing relationships with banks, driving sales of mutual fund products through consultative engagement, and influencing decision-making at senior levels to achieve business objectives in the designated region.
