Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and acquire new HNW clients, identifying and developing strong relationships to expand our client base.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each client's unique financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment goals.
- Leverage your financial expertise to present a comprehensive suite of investment products, including Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Mutual Funds, Fixed Income products, Insurance solutions, and Broking accounts.
- Tailor investment recommendations to each client's specific needs, ensuring a client-centric approach and adhering to suitability guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective wealth management strategies to achieve and exceed assigned business targets for Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue generation.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing HNW clients, providing ongoing support and account management to deepen client engagement and portfolio growth.
- Conduct regular client meetings (both existing and prospective) to discuss market trends, investment opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/masters degree with a strong understanding of equity/capital markets and a broad range of investment products (PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Insurance, Broking).
- Proven track record of success (3+ years) in mutual funds, PMS, or broking, with a demonstrably successful record in exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the needs and financial considerations relevant to HNW clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and effectively present complex financial concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset for developing personalized wealth management solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with a commitment to exceeding client expectations and achieving business objectives
