A Post Grad. in Management from a premier institute with 5-7 years of work experience in Sales / Marketing in a FMCG/CD/Telecom
KRA's:
- Responsible for supervising sales in the assigned territory. Provides leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the sales team. Meets or exceeds established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities.
- Responsible for volume, value and product mix targets for the territory
- Drive primary, secondary and tertiary sales in the assigned territory
- Establishes team and individual sales goals and provides effective coaching of distributor sales representatives to consistently improve their performance.
- Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.
- Assists sales representatives with questions and supports customers requiring additional assistance. Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.
- Works closely with the Regional Business Manager to implement the sales strategy of HMD Global/TNS
- Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network
- Handling key accounts, keeping constant touch and engagement with the key dealers contributing
60% of sales
- Responsible for smartphone launches, and best in class market execution
- Manage the sales assets in the market which includes field force team, demo devices, fixtures and visibility
