With a successful launch of multiple smartphones in India - HMD Global is planning to expand its team by hiring a young and dynamic Online Store Manager.
Online Store Manager is responsible for developing, Implementing and executing the marketing strategy for Nokia Store. This role is a mix of execution and concept creation/planning (60% execution; 40% planning/strategy). Any Digital marketing/ E Commerce professional who is willing to take on the challenge to script the greatest comeback stories of all times can apply for this role.
Reporting line - Head, Emerging Channels, India.
Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:
- Achieve sales as per plans and targets.
- Execute robust marketing program for building the store presence in digital space. Defining & clarifying tactical and long-term objectives supported by a strong implementation plan
- Create Online store GTM for products with clear deliverables and monitor execution: Attractive consumer proposition;Digital marketing initiatives along the consumer funnel; Awareness to consideration to conversion; Assets and tools for digital conversion support
- Review store performance internally and with platform partner on regular basis. Ensure operational efficiencies: cost of operations - distributor, payment gateway, LSP; inventory and range management, forecasting
- Facilitating the relationship between HMD/TNS and partner teams, including marketing, Finance & operations
- Innovative programs and business cases for store promotion initiatives and provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principles are incorporated
- Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
- Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies
- Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing

- D2C eCommerce Net Sales $ & Net Units
- Demand Generation: Quantity (Unique visitors/month) & Quality (Basket Creation Rate)
- Marketing efficiency: Overall & Activity level CPA
- Site Performance: Overall Traffic to Sales Conversion rate
- Channel health: Availability of ranged products
