ROLE
Analytics & Merchandizing Manager needs to work closely with the Functional Heads and will be the expert & go-to-person for all data and insights. This work includes, but is not limited to, pricing, consumer journey, demand predictions, traffic forecasting. One should have an investigative approach, logical thinking and problem handling
Responsibilities:
- Develop analytical models to assess the impact of changes to pricing and products on business profitability and scale
- Create various algorithms for optimizing demand & supply data
- Responsible for giving insights to business team on consumer behaviour and potential opportunities.
- Performance review of promotions and marketing inputs with root cause analysis of problems and suggesting improvements to product/ops based on insights
- Execution of marketing activities as per plan, ensure timely execution of merch schedule as per guidelines.
- Coordinate with business team and stakeholders to create the merchandise calendar (Offers & Launches) on a periodical basis in advance keeping the timelines to get the content readiness, cross verification of the content & execution of the same.
- Develop and coordinate plans to test and modify various site elements such as navigation, product merchandising, customer treatment basis agreed CX.
- Assist with the setup and execution of our regular email campaigns.
- Plan for better efficiency in existing merch operations process to have faster & qualitative output within the provided timelines working coherently with all stakeholders.
KPI's :
- ECommerce Net Sales & Net Units
- Demand Generation: Quantity (Unique visitors/month) & Quality (Basket Creation Rate)
- Mktg efficiency: Overall & Activity level CPA
- Site Performance: Overall Traffic to Sales Conversion rate
Channel health: Availability of ranged products
