HLS marketing leader/head
Job Summary: This career opportunity is with Client’s Technology Strategic marketing Group, the team is responsible for overall positioning and marketing of Healthcare and Life sciences SBU
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The candidate needs to be HLS domain and strategy focused, needs to contribute to the positioning and successful GTM of HLS, working with BU Leadership, Sales and Solution teams.
- Contributes to the Strategic Marketing and Sales readiness related-efforts of a HLS Strategic Business Units at Client’’s .Helps in developing go-to-market strategies for new solutions and service portfolios for the business and expanding the market presence of the business
Major Responsibilities
1. Positioning and branding : Defining and building the value proposition for the business and its offerings helping create winning propositions and messaging for GTM
2. Analyst Relations: Proactive management of key influencer relations across major analyst firms, ensuring positive movement on analyst surveys and relationships
3. Customer relationship management: Managing key customer connects, ensuring support to Account based marketing activities, Building a sustain CRM campaign, with customer testimonials and case studies
4. Marketing strategy: Involvement in the business planning and market segmentation which involves customer targeting and tracking, projecting technology trends, competition analysis.
5. Sales Enablement: Creating content and managing positioning in website, creating sales kits including case studies, whitepapers, presentations etc. The candidate will also be responsible for imparting sales training on solution positioning.
6. Integrated Lead generation: using various communication media (webinars, websites, Newsletters, event participation, analyst meets, public relations etc.) This will involve lead qualification, content development and management, helping organize/front-end participation in international events among other things. Meeting lead generation and content generation targets
7. Marketing channel ownership for BU: Creating a New Media campaign, using Twitter, Blogs, LinkedIN, You Tube etc.
8. BTL Activities: Participation in events, conceptualization, demos, content, driving traffic booth, customer meetings and post event analysis
9. Thought Leadership Driving thought leadership activities eg. Contribution to academic newsletter, case studies in books, speaking opportunities.
10. Marketing Communications :both external and internal

Experience and skill set required
- MBA with specialization in Marketing / Finance desired
- 12-15 years of Industry Experience in Strategy, Business Consulting, Business Development and Strategic Marketing
- Deep understanding of technology and business. Having demonstrated clear strategy and deep domain experience.
