SCOPE & PURPOSE:

To Approach Customers for Designs & Analysis Business services

KEY SKILL SETS:

- Proficiency Design & Development Skills with Techno commercial approach

- Product design Awareness on Design Concepts Packaging & Engineering products

- Strategic initiatives like JV &/OR Project based Collaborations with market leaders in respect to Product categories

PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Rfq' s on product design for Packaging, Electrical & Electronics, FMCG, Automotive Industries

2. Rfq' s On Mould design for Packaging, Automotive, FMCG and Engineering products

3. Rfq' s on FEA/CFD Analysis & Mould flow Analysis.

4. Rfq' s on Pilot and /or Production Mould development

5. Rfq' s on VA/VE Projects

6. Rfq' s on Reverse Engineering Projects

7. Basic Technical knowhow on the Cad software like PTC Creo, Solid works, UG etc

8. Conceptual clarity on Product design and its USP (User sale Points)

9. Good contact of customer Across the Country as from above mentioned industries

10. Good International Customer Contact for Design & Development & Analysis

11. Awareness of Competitive Bench marking cost of Design across the Design Agencies

12. Able to play role of Program manager to execute the Project

13. Good Management skills to analyse Risk and Fixing the same

14. Good Team player.

Qualification & Experience

1. BE - Graduate any design discipline and master's degree in technology and/or management marketing

2. Good Communication skills in English, Hindi any Foreign languages are Added advantage

3. Min 4-6 Yrs in Techno commercial marketing skills Domestic and International market.

4. Min 4 to 5 Nos of strategic JV's or/and Project realisation experience

5. Technical know-how on design concepts of Products Development

6. Good Marketing & Negotiation skills In Product Analysis assignments

7. Should be able to travel across India

8. Must carry Valid passport to travel

9. Reporting at Tech centre Pune
