Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for Non IT Hiring
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
- Should have an MBA or an equivalent Masters Degree
- Min of 8 to 12 years of hiring experience in Hospitality , ITES, Hotel Industry,
- Experience in Sr. Level Hiring, Mid Level Hiring, Entry Level Hiring
- Entry level hiring includes ( HK Staff, Executives - Hotel Industry, support staff etc )
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Ability to handle a team of 4 - 6
- Should be able to close 30 - 50 quality hires a month
- Should have handled hiring of Jr. level executives, incl. House Keeping staff etc through agencies
- Should have handled cost per hire, hiring budgets, quality of hire
- Should be able to handle the leadership team independently
- GB Certification / Quality Certifications will be an added advantage
