Unique Opportunity to be the Head of HR at a fast growing well known architectural practice based in Ahmedabad.
We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated Head of HR to be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations within our architectural practice. The Head of HR works with top-level executives to devise strategies and policies to meet the organisation's objectives and goals, and reports on the performance of the various departments under the Head of HR supervision directly to the proprietor.
To be a successful Head of HR, you should be driven to succeed, able to handle stress, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be familiar with the workings of different design departments.
Head of HR Responsibilities:
- Devising strategies and policies to meet company goals and helping in the growth of the firm.
- Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of various design departments.
- Recruitment and Selection
- Formulating improvements to departmental workings.
- Coordinating inter-departmental activities and delegating responsibilities to subordinates.
- Compiling performance reports and reporting to the CEO and board of directors.
- Training, Motivation and Development of all the design departments.
Chief Administrative Officer Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Solid work experience in a managerial position.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and teamworking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- The ability to handle the stress of a high-powered position.
- Experience in a creative/design firm (appreciated)
