Role Overview:
- We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with 10+ years of experience to lead our marketing journey.
- The position would be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing and sales strategies that align with our mission to empower startups, entrepreneurs, and global talent.
- You will oversee the entire marketing and sales ecosystem-from driving revenue-generating initiatives to managing comprehensive campaigns-while leading a high-performance, agile marketing team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our brand vision is reflected in every marketing touchpoint, promoting our AI-powered products, learning programs, and custom solutions across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the goals of the organization and plan and develop cost effective efficient sales and marketing strategies for Generative AI, Virtual Assistance, learning programs and ODC solutions.
- Promote brand HYI.AI and generating revenue as per the targets.
- Prepare the processes for execution of the strategies.
- Build team of efficient professionals to execute the strategies on time.
- Organize resources and provide proper direction to the team.
- Effective team management cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation, maximizing ROI through strategic investment in initiatives.
- Maintain progressive relationships with key vendors and partners, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies using data-driven insights to maximize lifetime value and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Analyze and optimize SaaS metrics, focusing on boosting engagement, retention, and sustainable growth.
- Lead and refine ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies, targeting and converting high-value accounts for maximum business impact.
- Drive organic growth through SEO, content optimization, and referral marketing strategies that expand brand visibility and generate inbound and outbound leads.
- Social media marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google ads, meta, Instagram, you tube) to maximize brand awareness and conversion rates.
- Lead cross-sell and upsell campaigns, driving incremental revenue growth and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Align with cross functional teams to create campaigns.
- Reporting to the stakeholders on periodical basis.
- Identify training requirements and enhance skills of the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in heading the sales and marketing team with specific exposure with overseas clients in IT companies.
