Hiranandani Financial Services - Treasury Manager - Fund Raising

Responsibilities:

- Fund Sourcing: Identify and source funds for the NBFC from various channels including banks, other NBFCs, mutual funds, and family offices.

- Debt Products: Raise funds through diverse debt products such as rupee term loans, debentures, commercial papers, structured finance, priority sector loans, and working capital lines.

- Deal Structuring: Negotiate and structure debt and equity deals to secure the most favourable terms for the company.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and market intermediaries to facilitate the raising of debt funds.

- Compliance Monitoring: Oversee and manage existing funding sources to ensure compliance with the terms of agreements.

- Market and Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes that could impact the company's funding capabilities.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with finance, risk management, and other departments to align funding strategies with the company's overall goals.

- Due Diligence Management: Manage due diligence processes by lenders, providing comprehensive and compelling information about the company.

- Engagement with Agencies: Engage with rating agencies, arrangers, and registrars to ensure effective fund-raising operations.

- Liquidity Assessment: Assess the NBFC's liquidity position, review asset-liability management (ALM) statements, and initiate borrowings of suitable tenors and amounts.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or related field (CA preferred).

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
