We are looking for a State Head to manage and drive the Secured Business Loans portfolio across Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, and overall profitability, working closely with Cluster and Area Managers to achieve business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Secured Business Loans portfolio for the designated state.
- Guide and support Cluster and Area Managers in formulating and executing strategic business plans.
- Ensure monthly and annual revenue targets are achieved across all revenue sources (processing fees, cross-sell, yield, etc.).
- Drive profitability goals by ensuring revenue generation aligns with approved financial metrics.
- Maintain branch profitability by ensuring fee income meets or exceeds branch costs.
- Identify potential markets and initiate branch network expansion through strategic planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to tap into new business opportunities and launch new products in collaboration with Business Heads.
- Define and execute the sales, distribution, and disbursement strategy for the state.
- Conduct sales personal discussions (PDs) to assess customer profiles and ensure quality sourcing.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in managing Secured Business Loans and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
- Expertise in market expansion strategies and business development.
- Sound understanding of financial metrics, revenue models, and profitability management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
