Hiranandani Financial Services - Risk Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop business rules, with a preference for experience using Drools.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

- Translate business requirements into rules and test their efficiency to ensure alignment with objectives.

- Manage existing rule sets, conduct periodic assessments, and perform maintenance as necessary to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

- Proven experience in designing and developing business rules, with expertise in Drools preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into rules-based logic.

- Experience working closely with stakeholders for requirement gathering and ensuring business rule alignment with organizational objectives.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
