We are looking for an HR Centre of Excellence Manager to lead training & development, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role requires strong strategic thinking, execution capabilities, and collaboration with various teams to enhance HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
- Design, update, and manage training content for different business verticals.
- Oversee HFS Academy (in-house Learning Portal), track progress, analyze training data, and ensure a 90%+ completion rate for key programs.
- Publish regular training reports and ensure effectiveness in upskilling employees.
Talent Management:
- Develop and implement career development programs to help employees grow.
- Identify and groom high-potential employees for key leadership positions.
- Design and execute reward & recognition programs to retain top talent.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and focus groups, to improve satisfaction and workplace culture.
Performance Management:
- Manage the performance appraisal process, including mid-year, annual reviews, and goal-setting.
- Address employee queries related to performance management.
- Work closely with the System Admin team to resolve performance-related concerns.
- Act as a custodian of the organization's incentive policies and ensure proper execution.
Employee Engagement:
- Work with the marketing team to create content for pre-launch, launch, and closure of engagement events.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives within the allocated budget.
- Develop and distribute quarterly employee newsletters.
- Prepare and publish new joinee announcements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR with expertise in Talent Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Experience in designing training programs and managing learning management systems.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and generate reports for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
