Responsibilities :

- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts Provide assistance to all hiring managers and human resource personnel.

- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization

- Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)

- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.

- Implement various strategies and ensure effective implementation of all compensation practices.

- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.

- Maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines and assist recruitment team to design all performance standards.

- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs

- Develop college recruiting programs

- Evaluate all contracts for resources and ensure effective services and design various strategies to use all workforce resource and assist to manage talent acquisition process for assign region.

- Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource

- Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.

Functional Skills :

- Sound knowledge of recruitment cycle

- Hands-on experience on job-portals and social media hiring tools

- Good interviewing & negotiation skills

Competencies :

- Analytical and problem solving

- Ability to collaborate with the business managers to organize, manage and implement the hiring process

- Well-versed with MS Excel and basic knowledge of hiring analytics

Experience : MBA HR with 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Education : MBA/PGDM in HR
