We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations within our Data Operations Department.
This role focuses on ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate management of operational workflows, overseeing a team of 15-20 professionals.
The ideal candidate will bring strong team leadership, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement skills, aimed at optimizing data operations and delivering high-quality output aligned. with business goals.
Key Responsibilities.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations within the Data Operations Department, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 15-20 members, fostering a collaborative, positive, and high-performing work environment.
- Process Automation and Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and increase overall operational efficiency.
- Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize team performance and operational outcomes, contributing to business growth.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with operational standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes, looking for ways to improve productivity, reduce turnaround times, and enhance output quality.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Regularly monitor and analyze team performance against key metrics, preparing reports and insights for senior management to support decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience.
- Education: MBA or a degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations management, ideally within data operations or a high-paced work environment.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a strong focus on productivity, quality, and engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess team performance, optimize processes, and drive operational improvements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
