Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across various digital channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Plan and implement A/B tests to optimize ad creative, targeting, and messaging to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance closely and analyze key metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV, to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust marketing strategies in real-time to achieve KPIs and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve performance marketing efforts and drive innovation.
- Manage relationships with advertising partners, agencies, and vendors to negotiate contracts, optimize campaign performance, and drive cost efficiencies.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and future strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics and attribution tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in relevant areas, such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or digital analytics.
- Experience with e-commerce or subscription-based business models.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and data visualization tools.
