Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at VCCEdge.com.

VCCEdge (Part of HT Media) is a leading platform in the startup and investor ecosystem in India. With a keen focus on innovation and market trends, we empower businesses to make informed decisions and foster growth in the dynamic startup ecosystem in India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of delivering measurable results in performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for search engine optimization (SEO) and content optimization.

- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and conversion-focused content for various marketing channels, including website, email, social media, and paid ads.

- Implement marketing and sales automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing processes and improve conversion rates.

- Monitor key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.

- Continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and marketing technology.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- B.Tech + MBA in Marketing (MBA is not mandatory)

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.

- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns with a focus on driving measurable results.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making and optimization strategies.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
