We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in OTT (Over-The-Top) platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, analytics, and the OTT landscape to deliver high-impact campaigns that contribute to the overall growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to social media, search, display, video, and programmatic.

- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, product, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

OTT-Specific Campaigns:

- Lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns on OTT platforms, ensuring seamless integration with broader marketing initiatives.

- Identify and explore new opportunities within the OTT ecosystem to enhance user acquisition and engagement.

- Monitor and analyze OTT campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

- Manage day-to-day performance marketing activities, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and creative optimization.

- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Continuously test and refine targeting, messaging, and creative approaches to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

- Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in performance marketing.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a significant focus on digital advertising and analytics.

- Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on OTT platforms.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, SEM, display, and programmatic advertising.
