Job Title: Event Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities :
- Drive the negotiation and closure of multi-layered, solution-based deals.
- Emphasize event sales in solution-based deals.
- Map and penetrate large accounts using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prioritize event sales in large account mapping and penetration strategies.
- Demonstrate a high level of business acumen.
- Understand the customer's business, organization, strategy, financial position, and propose solutions, with a specific focus on offerings.
- Maintain a general awareness of the business, technology, investments, and start-up ecosystem in the country.
- Stay knowledgeable about the digital marketing and media ecosystem, with a specific focus on events.
- Conduct due diligence in providing accurate account management data.
- Generate precise forecasting, activity reports, with an emphasis on event sales.
- Possess a strong commercial drive to achieve and exceed given targets, especially in the realm of event sales.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior-level sales role with a predominant focus on event sales.
- Familiarity with the investment ecosystem in India
- Strong strategic selling, account planning, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated commercial drive to achieve and exceed targets.
