Role Overview:

- Join us to drive growth at one of India's largest media powerhouses, HT Media! As a Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Manager, you'll craft and execute multi-channel strategies to generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and hit revenue targets.

- Your expertise in inbound, outbound, performance, and content marketing will make a measurable impact in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

- Strategize and manage performance and inbound marketing campaigns to generate high quality leads.

- Define and target Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) through tailored strategies.

- Create high quality content for emails, social banners and paid ads.

- Lead campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and digital platforms.

- Optimize campaign performance to meet pipeline and revenue KPIs.

- Provide actionable insights using performance data and metrics like CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.

- Enhance website traffic and performance with SEO best practices.

- Design marketing strategies for all lifecycle stages: awareness, consideration, purchase, retention, and advocacy.

- Build email nurturing campaigns, onboarding sequences, and win-back initiatives.

- CRM Management - Lead Scoring & Qualification.

- Follow lead scoring to prioritize high-value leads.

- Manage (marketing CRM) Hubspot, lead lifecycle stages, and workflows.

- Manage data flow on the Hubspot from data and GTM tools.

- Collaborate with sales to align lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.

- Pass qualified leads to sales and provide tactical inputs to maximize conversion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with sales, product, and brand teams to create cohesive GTM strategies.

- Partner with third-party vendors/agencies for content syndication, SEO, and paid campaigns.

- Ensure seamless lead follow-ups and provide actionable inputs to the sales team.

Requirements:

- Experience: 4-6 years in growth marketing, GTM strategy, and performance marketing (B2B preferred).

- Education: Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Apollo, Lusha, and data-enrichment tools.

- Campaign Management: Expertise in Email Marketing, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, and Leads qualification.

- Proven Success: Track record of demand generation campaigns driving significant pipeline growth for a B2B organisation either as an in-house expert or agency professional.
