Role Overview:

As a Product Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with our overall business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving product adoption, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the long-term success of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and define product roadmaps.

Product Adoption: Drive product adoption and market penetration by developing effective go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with sales, marketing teams and customers to increase awareness and generate demand.

Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and partners. Gather feedback and insights to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.

Product Performance: Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyze key metrics such as usage, adoption, and churn rate to measure product success.

Churn Rate Reduction: Develop strategies to reduce customer churn and improve retention. Analyze customer behavior to identify root causes of churn and implement targeted retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

a) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is a Plus

b) 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or a similar role

c) Proven track record of driving product success and achieving business goals

d) Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making

e) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

f) Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
